The mild climate in Ireland enables the growing of a variety of food crops during the autumn and winter seasons.
We will be looking in detail at which varieties (and their families) can be planted for winter harvesting both in and outdoors, and methods that can be used to extend the growing season. This course will also entail general garden management and maintenance.
