This course is a 2 day practical introduction. On Day 1 we will focus on traditional whip and tongue grafting of apple trees as well as a demo on topworking. Each participant will be able to take home a grafted tree, bring some scion wood with you!!
Day 2 will be all about pruning apple trees for plant health and productivity.
Bring: Secateurs, Gloves, Anvil-Loppers and pruning/grafting knives, of course: warm clothes and wellies.
