The mild climate in Ireland enables the growing of a variety of food crops which can be harvested throughout the cold season. We will look at the right vegetable varieties and their cultivation methods. We will also demonstrate how to look after the soil, preparing it for the following spring with mulching or sowing green manures. other topics: Aspects of garden design, re-shaping beds and improving infrastructure to get your garden fit and ready for the next year.
